Greenware cutting boards provide a rock-solid foundation for amazing cutting of all types of food. The rubber feet and mass assure extreme anti-skid properties for excellent cutting control and greatly enhanced safety.
Expertly crafted in Michigan from the finest kiln-dried hardwoods, every piece is precision milled, laminated with the finest adhesive and sanded silky smooth. All the pieces are then hand finished with a mineral oil and beeswax finish which is food safe and FDA approved.
The large rubber feet are counterbored in and solidly attached with stainless steel screws.

Clean with hot soapy water in a sink or counter and dry with a clean towel. Avoid cross contamination by thoroughly cleaning and drying after cutting poultry, seafood, or meats or use a separate board altogether.
Apply a light mineral oil or a beeswax and mineral oil chopping block conditioner when the wood starts to dry. This is recommended to preserve the board.
Never submerge the board in water or clean in the dish washer.
Never use olive oil or vegetable oil to finish a cutting board.
